The burgers are very good but the service needs to be reviewed. With EVERY order there is an error, either it's not the right burger bun, or not the right sauce, or not the right drink and sometimes (when you're really unlucky) all 3 at the same time! Out of 10 orders made I only got the right one once. It's a disappointment... At this point, stop investing in order tablets (which obviously don't work) and get someone who knows how to take orders. When we call, the only solution is to come back and get the corrected part, but once home, with the rest of the order cooling, I have the choice between eating it cold or making do with it. The solution is therefore not a solution and in the meantime no change in terms of order taking. We could say that it’s because there are people there, but not even that! Today for example, there were only 2 orders in progress including ours! And for this result, tell yourself that there are 3 behind the counter.

We ordered at place, waited for 30 minutes and then they figured out that the order had not been recorded. And all they could say is "sorry, please wait 10 more minutes". They didn't even offer a promocode or something 🤦‍♂️Winter night, cold outside. Overall waiting time 45 minutes

So far only heard good things and that's why we haveordered online and got dishes delivered to home.Burgers and fries were cold. The meat is dry, burgers are not juicy and lovelessly dressed.It's a great shame and unfortunately we can't wait to order.

Although this shop is fast food, I find that it tastes great. The meat is super juicy, the vegetables are fresh and crunchy and you don't need to sweat at all. The gentleman in the food truck received me very kindly. It took about 10 minutes until I got to eat, but I have nothing to complain about. Can only be recommended. top!! Continue like this! 👍

Definitely my last visit to your branch located in Foetz.You arrive and say good evening and get no answer. After 5 minutes no one even looked at me so I placed my order on the tablet.The employee prefers to watch his Netflix series while cooking. Not even a thank you and goodbye. You can't really say anything against the food itself, it tastes good, but the burgers could be a little bigger for the price.The colleagues in Schifflange and Strassen were much nicer and also reacted when customers came to the counter.It's a shame.

Today I was at Letzeburger, located near Place d’Armes. First of all, I'm disappointed, I waited almost 25 minutes for a smash burger (which normally takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, but oh well). The service was not up to par and the burgers are too overrated. Also, the meat was not fresh. The fries were also overcooked and too oily.

Fresh and tasty burgers. The meat is really fresh and juicy. Fresh salad ingredients. Lots of sauces from Belgium. Nicely cooked fries. Nice seating area in the sun or covered in case of rain. I recommend! Much better for your money than the options inside the airport!

My first Letsburger yesterday. I was expecting a first class meal after reading articles in the press, but I was a little bit disappointed.Yes the meat was good, but the bread greezy and the chips had way too salty. I didn't get any serviette.Too conclude a burger costing EUR 15, I was a little bit disappointed. But I will try again to see if this is just a one off.

As the fast-food choice is very limited within the aiport itself it was a nice suprise to find the legendary LëtzeBurger food-truck here !Took the Baconburger and wasn't disapointed, fresh vegetables, cheese, real bacon, local meat and fresh bun are well assembled and the result is just yummy as f... ! Fries and onion rings are fine as well. Nice staff and cosy place to eat nearby.

Very nice burger cooked just right. Takes about 10-15 minutes. Breakfast burger + coffee also available. One vegan and one vegetarian burger available. It would be better if they add healthier options like side salad to the menu.

Their Butter Chicken burger was tasty but i liked more their Chicken nuggets - very tender yet crispy. Nice service. And the little plaza square where the tables are, is so intimate and cozy!
